COngrats to CHris & Mike

It is such a joy to see individuals embark on a Martial Arts journey. There is so much to learn and so much to gain from doing so. Chris Williams and Mike McDougal are two exemplary examples of what that looks like. They both had their Demos for advancement in KajuKido.

Chris has had some previous experience in Martial Arts and it shows in how quickly he has picked up on the fundamentals of our Art. He advanced to Purple Belt, the second belt in our system, fairly rapidly. He is an engineer and is studious and wants to really understand what we are doing and what makes what we do work. It is fun having him in our community.

Mike is just a breath of fresh air. He is so enthusiastic and so expressive about what he is learning. He is so excited that he has decided to learn all three of the Arts that we teach. He has already come a long way and I think he is in for the long haul.

Congrats to both of you … thank you for the energy that you bring to the dojo … and I know that we all look forward to much time spent together in the future.
